Believe in Yourself, available as both a self-help book and CD, was created by Mansukh to increase self-esteem and self confidence. It includes dozens of practical ways to keep yourself empowered, without visits to a therapist or health guru!  In this book, Mansukh gives top tips to increase your self-confidence and improve your relationships, both personal and professional. In short, once you believe in yourself, you can make strong choices which will impact your health, relationships, spirituality and career.

The Dance Between Joy and Pain by Mansukh Patel and Rita Goswami was first published over a decade ago and has since been translated into 4 languages. It was on the alternative bestseller list in the Netherlands for many years, and has been  popular with yoga teachers since its publication.  In this practical book, Mansukh and Rita show us that we do not need to stay in our emotional pain but by using the book’s powerful techniques, we can totally transform the way we feel to restore our natural joy.  Perhaps one of the most precious gems that the authors show us through this book is that, like it or not, unavoidable pain does have a vital part to play in all our lives, and can carry with it the impetus which drives us to reach our highest potential.

The Dru Bhagavad Gita by Chris Barrington, John Jones, Savitri MacCuish and Mansukh Patel. There are dozens of versions of the Bhagavad Gita – so what’s so special about this one, co-authored by Mansukh Patel?  This book is divided into three volumes which describe an allegorical tale of a great battle, which represents the powerful forces which compete for supremacy within our own minds – the greatest battlefield of all. The first part of each book is a magnificent retelling of the Gita’s story and its main characters by Mansukh Patel. The second part of each book gives the verses of the Gita, with the Sanskrit text and its translation into English. This is followed by a commentary and practical application of each verse in our modern life. This book is a textbook on many yoga teacher training courses, and it is used by yogis from Australia to the Netherlands.
‘I started reading this book with curiosity, continued with inspiration and closed the book with contentment. This is a worthy contribution to the world of Gita.’
